Ensures quality of patient/resident care in order to comply with licensing, regulatory, and accrediting agencies. Directs and manages interdisciplinary treatment team on unit to ensure participation by all necessary in the provision of patient/resident care. Maintains fiscal responsibility. Ensures proper documentation of treatment: qualitative, quantitative and timely. Ensures assessment and treatment are provided in accord with appropriate standards. Maintains safe, secure, therapeutic environment for patients/residents.
